One night, in early July, 2019, God woke me with a vision. He showed me the old hand-written Christian business directory that used to be located in the foyer at my church. He told me to build a website that will feature Christian businesses. It immediately occurred to me how many people ask “do you know a Christian plumber, do you know a Christian electrician, etc.”
He provided me with the name ‘Yellow Hands.‘ As | considered that name, it dawned on me that the “yellow” is reminiscent of the old Yellow Pages business directory. The “hands” are God’s people reaching their hands out to help others.
It’s so nice to meet you! I’m a Realtor and Travel Agent and truly love what I do. I’ve been blessed with twin sons and have been happily married to my high school sweetheart for the past 30 years. I was born and raised in Washington, PA, where we still live. My family is very active in the local church, spending time in worship and volunteering, as my husband and I serve in the Children’s Church and my sons also lead worship. Outside of my churchly duties, I’m also a member of the Main Street Farmer’s Market board where I serve as the Activities Director.
My belief system is strong as I believe that God has a plan for everyone to earn great wealth in order to increase the Kingdom. God has the wealth stored up just waiting for us to be prepared for the pouring out of His storehouses. As such, I believe that being a part of a Christian Business Directory is one such way to connect with and work for and beside like-minded individuals while increasing the Kingdom.
